PUBLIC COMMENT PROCEDURES: The Public Art Committee welcomes orderly participation at its meetings from all members of the public. During this portion of the Public Art Committee meeting, ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE MAY ADDRESS THE Committee on any matter not on the agenda, but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Public Art Committee (Public Art).  THE PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PERIOD IS LIMITED TO 10 MINUTES, EACH SPEAKER MAY NOT EXCEED TWO MINUTES; IN NO CASE WILL THE 10 MIN. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION LIMIT BE EXCEEDED.  Items that require additional time may be brought to the Management Analyst for consideration for a future committee agenda.

PUBLIC REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS: Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the Public Art Committee, as part of the agenda packet or following distribution of the agenda packet, regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection after the Committee Meeting in the Recreation and Parks Administrative Office located at 615 South McClelland Street, Santa Maria, during regular business hours.
