1. HARDY DIAGNOSTICS PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AT 1320 WEST MCCOY LANE. Review of a Planned Development Permit (PD2015-0009) for Jay Hardy to allow a 20,000-square-foot addition to the rear of an existing 9,600-square-foot industrial building on a 1.4 acre site in a PD/M-1 (Planned Development/Light Manufacturing) district.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Planned Development Permit PD2015-0009.
2. AMENDMENT TO THE DOWNTOWN SPECIFIC PLAN. Review of a Specific Plan Amendment (SPZ2014-0002) by the City of Santa Maria to amend the Downtown Specific Plan.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by resolution, recommend City Council approval of the Downtown Specific Plan SPZ2014-0002.
