Each member of the audience may address the Commission on any subject within the Commission’s business. Each member of the audience and each subject is limited to discussion of three minutes or as otherwise directed by the Chair.

CONSENT CALENDAR. The consent calendar is approved with one motion. These items are read only on request of Commission members. Should anyone, including members of the public, wish to discuss or disapprove any item, it must be dropped from the blanket motion and considered as a separate item.
1. Madland Toyota-Lift Conditional Use Permit at 222 NORTH Blosser Road. Review of a Conditional Use Permit (U2016-0004) for Madland Toyota-Lift for forklift sales, rental, and service on a 0.6 acre site in a CM (Commercial/ Manufacturing) zoning district.
RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, continue Conditional Use Permit U2016-0004 to the June 15, 2016 public hearing.
RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve the Consent Calendar.

2. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT FOR HEIGHT FLEXIBILITY IN PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICTS. Review of a zoning text amendment (Z2016-0001) to allow height flexibility in Planned Development overlay districts.
RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by resolution, recommend City Council approve Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment Z2016-0001;
1. With the additional amendments to Chapter 12-35, or
2. Without the additional amendments to Chapter 12-35.
3. REPORT ON CITY COUNCIL ACTIONS.
