CONSENT CALENDAR. The consent calendar is approved with one motion. These items are read only on request of Commission members. Should anyone, including members of the public, wish to discuss or disapprove any item, it must be dropped from the blanket motion and considered as a separate item.

1.††††† REVOCATION OF SEVILLA DEVELOPMENT PERMITS AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SANTA MARIA WAY AND SUNRISE DRIVE. Consideration of revocation of Planned Development Permit (PD2007-010) and Amendments (A2015-0020 and A2016-0023) for Sevilla to construct 69 small lot single-family residences on a 10.4 acre site in a PD/R-3 (Planned Development/High Density Residential) district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by resolution, revoke Planned Development Permit PD2007-010, Amendment A2015-0020, and Amendment A2016-0023.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve the consent calendar.

2.††††† ESTRADA PRODUCE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, LOCATED AT 1932 NORTH PREISKER LANE. A Planned Development Permit (PD2017-0008) for Estrada Produce to construct a 9,634-square-foot produce distribution facility on a 1.5 acre site in the PD/CM (Planned Development/Commercial Manufacturing) district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Planned Development Permit PD2017-0008.

3.††††† Grimaldo's Auto Sales Conditional Use Permit at 1130 West Main Street. Review of a Conditional Use Permit (U2017-0001) for Humberto Grimaldo to allow auto sales on a 0.4 acre site in a PD/C-2 (Planned Development/General Commercial) district of the Entrada Specific Plan.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Conditional Use Permit U2017-0001.

4.††††† 76 GAS STATION PLANNING DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AT 815 WEST MAIN STREET. Review of a Planned Development Permit (PD2016-0007) for Platinum Energy to construct a 1,160-square-foot convenience store with an existing gas station on a 0.2 acre site in a PD/C-2 (Planning Development/General Commercial) district of the Entrada Specific Plan.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission by motion, approve Planned Development Permit PD2016-0007.

5.††††† TAVACORP PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AT 2339 THOMPSON WAY. Review of a Planned Development Permit (PD2016-0012) for TAVACORP to construct a multi-tenant light manufacturing complex on a 2.3 acre site in the PD/M-1 (Planned Development / Light Manufacturing) district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission by motion, approve Planned Development Permit PD2016-0012.
