APPROVAL OF PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES OF MAY 17, 2017.

Each member of the audience may address the Commission on any subject within the Commission’s business. CONSENT CALENDAR. The consent calendar is approved with one motion. These items are read only on request of Commission members. Should anyone, including members of the public, wish to discuss or disapprove any item, it must be dropped from the blanket motion and considered as a separate item.

1.               COASTHILLS PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BETTERAVIA ROAD AND U.S. HIGHWAY 101. Review of a Planned Development Permit (PD2016-0004) for CoastHills to construct a 91,200-square-foot three-story building on a 5.1 acre site in a PD-f/C-2 (Planned Development/Freeway Tower/General Commercial) district of the Enos Ranchos Specific Plan.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Planned Development Permit PD2016-0016.

2.               CERTIFIED FREIGHT LOGISTICS PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AT 1322 WHITE COURT. Review of a Planned Development Permit (PD2016-0016) for Certified Freight Logistics to allow an 11,000-square-foot expansion of an existing facility on a 7.6 acre site in a PD/M-2 (Planned Development/General Manufacturing) district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Planned Development Permit PD2016-0004.

3.               M3 PRECISION CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT 3030 SKYWAY DRIVE. Review of a Conditional Use Permit (U2017-0004) for M3 Precision to allow outdoor storage containers on a 0.9 acre site in a PD/M-1 (Planned Development/Light Industrial) district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Conditional Use Permit U2017-0004.

4.               T-MOBILE TELECOM ATKINSON PARK CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT 1000 NORTH RAILROAD AVENUE. Review of a Conditional Use Permit (U2017-0007) for T-Mobile to replace an existing sports field light pole and telecom facility with an 89-foot-tall monopole on a 7.6-acre site in an OS (Open Space) district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Conditional Use Permit U2017-0007.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve the consent calendar.

5.               2811 CENTER PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AT 2811 AIRPARK DRIVE. Review of a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Planned Development Permit (PD2017-0003) for NKT Commercial to construct two 25,600-square-foot two-story office buildings on a 7.0 acre site in a PD/M-1 (Planned Development/Light Manufacturing) district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission by motion, approve Planned Development Permit PD2017-0003.

6.               JOSHI COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AT 116 WEST ENOS DRIVE. Review of a Planned Development Permit (PD2016-0015) for Dhagash Joshi to construct a 3,200-square-foot commercial building on a 0.3-acre site in a PD/C-1 (Planned Development/Central Business) district of the Entrada Specific Plan.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission by motion, approve Planned Development Permit PD2016-0015.

7.               TERRACES AT PACIFIC CREST AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BATTLES ROAD AND DEPOT STREET. Reconsideration with the intent to revoke a Planned Development Permit (PD2006-003) and Permit Amendment (A2015-0019) for Limoneira for the Terraces at Pacific Crest project on 8.4 acres in the PD/R-3 (Planned Development/High Density Residential) district.

          RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission by resolution, revoke Planned Development Permit PD2066-003 and Permit Amendment A2015-0019.
