1. D & JíS SOBER TRANSITIONAL FACILITY PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AT 819 WEST CHURCH STREET. Review of a Planned Development Permit (PD2017-0011) for D & Jís Sober Transitional Facility to allow a mixed-use facility consisting of transitional living quarters and professional life counseling offices on a 0.2 acre site in a PD/C-2 (Planned Development/General Commercial) district.
RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Planned Development Permit PD2017-0011.
2. Zoning Text Amendment for MASSAGE USE TITLE 12 OF THE CITY OF SANTA MARIA MUNICIPAL CODE. Review of a Zoning Text Amendment (Z2017-0005) to amend Sections 12-10.03, and 12-13.03 of Title 12 of the City of Santa Maria Municipal Code to establish massage business as a permitted use in the Commercial Office and Professional Office (CPO) and the Central Business (C-1) district.
RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by resolution, recommend City Council approve Z2017-0005.
