CONSENT CALENDAR. The consent calendar is approved with one motion. These items are read only on request of Commission members. Should anyone, including members of the public, wish to discuss or disapprove any item, it must be dropped from the blanket motion and considered as a separate item.

1.               CUEVAS WAREHOUSE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT 1020 WEST CHAPEL STREET. Reconsideration of Conditional Use Permit (U2015-0009) for Hipolito Cuevas to allow a warehouse on a 0.5 acre site with two legal nonconforming dwellings in the CM (Commercial/Manufacturing) district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by resolution, revoke Conditional Use Permit U2015-0009.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve the consent calendar.

2.               ESTRADA PRODUCE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, LOCATED AT 1932 NORTH PREISKER LANE. A Planned Development Permit (PD2017-0008) for Estrada Produce to construct a 9,634-square-foot produce distribution facility on a 1.5 acre site in the PD/CM (Planned Development/Commercial Manufacturing) district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Planned Development Permit PD2017-0008.

3.               GATEWAY MIXED USE DOWNTOWN PERMIT AT 101 NORTH BROADWAY. Review of a Downtown Permit (DT2017-0033) for Ben Nikfarjam to construct a 33,700-square-foot four-story mixed-use building on a 0.3 acre site in the Gateway District of the Downtown Specific Plan.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by resolution, recommend City Council approval of Downtown Permit DT2017-0033.
