CONSENT CALENDAR. The consent calendar is approved with one motion. These items are read only on request of Commission members. Should anyone, including members of the public, wish to discuss or disapprove any item, it must be dropped from the blanket motion and considered as a separate item.

1.               ENOS RANCHOS MERCADO PERMIT AMENDMENT AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BETTERAVIA ROAD AND COLLEGE DRIVE. Reconsideration of a Permit Amendment (A2016-0006) to construct an 80,900-square-foot shopping center on a 7.8 acre site in a PD/C-2 (Planned Development/General Commercial) district of the Enos Ranchos Specific Plan, for revocation or to approve Permit Amendment A2017-0008 to extend the expiration date.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Permit Amendment A2017-0008.

2.               SANTA MARIA TIRE PERMIT AMENDMENT AT EAST SIDE OF PREISKER LANE, 240 FEET NORTH OF EAST ROEMER WAY. Reconsideration of a Planned Development Permit (PD2013-0004) for Santa Maria Tire to construct an 8,000-square-foot commercial truck/farm vehicle tire and service facility on a 1.5 acre site in a PD/CM (Planned Development/Commercial Manufacturing) district, for revocation or to approve Permit Amendment A2018-0001.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Amendment A2018-0001.

3.               SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY NATURAL GAS VEHICLE FUELING STATION, 3138 INDUSTRIAL PARKWAY. Review of a Conditional Use Permit (U2017-0013) for Southern California Gas Company to allow a natural gas fueling station on a 0.5 acre portion of a 3.3 acre site in the PD/M-1 (Planned Development/Light Manufacturing) zoning district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Conditional Use Permit U2017-0013.

4.               SANTA MARIA AIRPORT TELECOM PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AT 3217 TERMINAL DRIVE. Review of a Planned Development Permit (PD2017-0022) for Verizon Wireless to install a new wireless telecommunications facility on a pole structure in the parking lot of the airport in the PD/AS-II (Planned Development/Airport Service II) district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Planned Development Permit PD2017-0022.

5.               STORAGE ETC. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT 2170 SOUTH BRADLEY ROAD. Review of a Conditional Use Permit (U2017-0002) for Westar Associates to allow a self-storage facility within an existing 24,200-square-foot building on a 2.0 acre site in a PD/C-2 (Planned Development/General Commercial) district of the Entrada Este Specific Plan.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Conditional Use Permit U2017-0002.

6.               CANDY MAN SHOP CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT 320 NORTH RUSSELL AVENUE. Review of a Conditional Use Permit (U2017-0012) for Hugo Aceves to allow a 6,670-square-foot building addition on a 0.8 acre site in a CM (Commercial Manufacturing) district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Conditional Use Permit U2017-0012.
