CONSENT CALENDAR. The consent calendar is approved with one motion. These items are read only on request of Commission members. Should anyone, including members of the public, wish to discuss or disapprove any item, it must be dropped from the blanket motion and considered as a separate item.

1.               A STREET DELI PERMIT AMENDMENT AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF WEST BETTRAVIA ROAD AND A STREET. Reconsideration of a Planned Development Permit (PD2015-0019) for A Street to allow a carryout delicatessen, associated parking and landscaped areas on a 0.5 acre site in the PD/C-2 (Planned Development/General Commercial) zoning district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Permit Amendment A2018-0002.

2.               2811 CENTER TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP AT 2811 AIRPARK DRIVE. Review of a Tentative Parcel Map (TR2017-0002) for NKT Commercial to create three industrial lots on a 7.0 acre site in a PD/M-1 (Planned Development/Light Manufacturing) district.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by resolution, approve Tentative Parcel Map TR2017-0002, Tract 6012.

OTHER BUSINESS.

 

3.               PRELIMINARY OUTREACH SCHEDULE FOR DEFINING THE SCOPE OF THE COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL PLAN UPDATE. Staff presentation on the upcoming Comprehensive General Plan Update including identification of potential outreach efforts. Outreach efforts are anticipated to assist the City in determining the scope and cost of the General Plan Update.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission provide comment and direction regarding the preliminary outreach and scope development efforts.
