1.                 VANDENBERG SENIOR RESIDENCES PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AT 1314 SOUTH BROADWAY. Review of a Planned Development Permit (PD2017-0002) for Vandenberg Senior Residences to allow an addition of 52 units and other amenities to an existing senior complex on a 4.9 acre site in a PD/C-1 (Planned Development/Central Business) district of the Entrada Specific Plan.

 

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, continue the consideration of Planned Development Permit PD2017-0002 to a later public hearing. The hearing will be re-noticed.

2.               SMOOTH BUS WASH PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AT 220 EAST ROEMER WAY. Review of a Planned Development Permit (PD2017-0023) for SMOOTH Inc. to build a 1,134-square-foot bus wash on a 1.2 acre site in a PD/C-2 (Planned Development/General Commercial) district.

 

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Planned Development Permit PD2017-0023.

3.               CCLI SELF STORAGE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AT THE 1400 BLOCK OF WEST BETTERAVIA ROAD. Review of a Planned Development Permit (PD2017-0016) for Central Coast Land Investment to construct a 134,000-square-foot mini-warehouse facility on a 3.6 acre site in a PD/CM (Planned Development/Commercial Manufacturing) district.        

 

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve Planned Development Permit PD2017-0016.

4.               SANTA MARIA AUTO CENTER PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMITS FOR LOTS 2-11 OF THE ENOS RANCHOS SPECIFIC PLAN. Review of Planned Development Permits (PD2017-0012, PD2017-0020, PD2018-0004, and PD2018-0006) for the Enos Auto Center for the overall site design and layout of Lots 2-7 consisting of 17.7 acres in a PD-a-f/C-2 (Planned Development/Auto /Freeway Tower/General Commercial) district of the Enos Ranchos Specific Plan.

 

RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission, by motion, approve:

4-A:    Planned Development Permit PD2018-0006 for Santa Maria Auto Center – North Campus;

4-B:    Planned Development Permit PD2018-00070006 for Santa Maria Auto Center – South Campus;

4-C:    Planned Development Permit PD2018-0004 for Home Motors;

4-D:    Planned Development Permit PD2017-0012 for Toyota;

4-E:    Planned Development Permit PD2017-0020 for Lots 5 & 6 Auto;

4-F:    Planned Development Permit PD2017-0014 for Honda and;

4-G:   Planned Development Permit PD2017-0021 for Lot 11 Auto.
