This agenda is prepared and posted pursuant to the requirements of Government Code Section 54954.2. By listing a topic on this agenda, the Planning Commission has expressed its intent to discuss and act on each item. In addition to any action identified in the brief general description of each item, the action that may be taken shall include: a referral to staff with specific requests for information; continuance; specific direction to staff concerning the policy or mission of the item; discontinuance of consideration; adoption, approval or disapproval or recommendation thereof.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1.                  PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AND TENTATIVE TRACT MAP FOR CELEBRATION II, LOCATED WEST OF MILLER STREET, SOUTH OF INGER DRIVE, NORTH OF DANIEL STREET, PD-2013-0010, TRACT 5993, E-2013-0040. Review of a Planned Development Permit and Tentative Tract Map to reconfigure 3.3 acres of the previously approved 6.5 acre Celebration project to construct 11 two-story single-family detached units and two medical office buildings totaling 17,771 square feet in a PD/R-2 (Planned Development/Medium Density Residential) zoning district, Assessorís Parcel Nos. 128-177-031, 128-178-026 and 027, 128-181-001 to 128-181-006, 128-182-001 to 127-182-010, 128-183-001 to 128-183-008, 128-184-001 to 128-184-015, 128-185-001 to 128-185-006, and 128-186-001 to 128-186-005. The project is reviewed under an Addendum E-2013-0040, to the Mitigated Negative Declaration E-2005-008. (Project Planner: Neda Zayer)

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission take the following actions:

1.                  Recommend that the City Council approve an Addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) prepared for the Celebration project (E-2013-0040).

2.                  Recommend that the City Council approve the Tentative Tract Map (Tract 5993) for Celebration II.

3.                  Recommend that the City Council approve the Planned Development Permit (PD-2013-0010) for Celebration II.

 

OTHER BUSINESS:
