This agenda is prepared and posted pursuant to the requirements of Government Code Section 54954.2. By listing a topic on this agenda, the Planning Commission has expressed its intent to discuss and act on each item. In addition to any action identified in the brief general description of each item, the action that may be taken shall include: a referral to staff with specific requests for information; continuance; specific direction to staff concerning the policy or mission of the item; discontinuance of consideration; adoption, approval or disapproval or recommendation thereof.

APPROVAL OF PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 19, 2014.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1.                  AMENDMENT TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR DIGNITY HEALTH/MARIAN MEDICAL CENTER TO MODIFY AN APPROVED PARKING PLAN TO REFLECT CURRENTLY ESTABLISHED AND FUTURE ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE PARKING FACILITIES FOR THE MARIAN MEDICAL CENTER EXPANSION. THE DESIGNATED PARKING LOTS ARE EXISTING AND ARE LOCATED AT: 1400 EAST CHURCH STREET; 1406 EAST MAIN STREET; 1422 EAST MAIN STREET; 1300 EAST CYPRESS STREET; 1515 CYPRESS WAY AND 1530 EAST CYPRESS WAY Review of a Planned Development Permit to amend a previously approved Parking Plan and associated conditions of approval to reflect current and future parking accommodations for the Marian Medical Center complex on properties located in a PF (Public Facilities); CPO (Commercial Professional Office); and PD/CPO (Planned Development/Commercial Professional Office) zoning district. This project qualifies for a Class 1 (existing facilities) categorical exemption. No further environmental review is required. 2.                  PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR CARLíS JR. TEARDOWN AND REBUILD LOCATED AT 2185 S. BROADWAY, AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SOUTH BROADWAY AND BETTERAVIA ROAD, PD-2013-0005, E-2013-0019. Review of a Planned Development Permit to allow the teardown and rebuild of a 2,668 square foot drive-thru restaurant, in a PD/C-2 (Planned Development/General Commercial) zoning district (Assessorís Parcel No. 117-340-061). The project is a Class 2 (reconstruction) categorical exemption. No further environmental review is required. (Project Planner: Ryan Granata)
